The Ultimate Dalgona Trio: Creamy & Chilled & Delicious!

BY Foodies of SA, Nestlé, PFD PE

Dalgona coffee is a beverage made by whipping equal proportions of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk. Occasionally, it is topped with coffee powder, cocoa, crumbled biscuits, or honey.

The recipe for dalgona whipped coffee can be traced back to South Korea. The coffee gets its name from a popular street toffee, and early posts of the whipped coffee originated in Korean.

Foodies of SA & Nestlé version include classic South Africa flavours: Nescafé, Nesquik Strawberry & Milo. Perfect for the hot and humid Summer months.

Enjoy!
