Bread flour 280g?2cup
Powdered milk 10g?1.5Tbsp
Sugar 50g?7Tbsp
Sea Salt 2.5g?1/2tsp
Unsalted butter 40g?3Tbsp
Whole egg 1Tbsp
Fresh milk 1Tbsp

Bake at 180°C?350°F for 15-17 minutes
